My Story
Welcome to my website! Thank you for being here. Most people don't know this, but I wasn't always a happiness guru. I grew up in foster homes because both my parents lost their minds to drugs when I was 6 years old. I suffered for 4 years with hyperactive thyroid disease which doctors didn't know how to cure. I found refuge in athletics & sports, communion with nature & became obsessed with self healing through plant based nutrition. At age 18 I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle which damaged my spine, leaving me with scoliosis. After college I had what looked like a perfect life, a high paying job working in sales, real estate & as a commodities broker. Had a home on a golf course, handsome boyfriend, bikini modeling I was at the peak of my fitness. None of that helped as my world fell apart, I hit rock bottom from total work related burnout which lead to depression that lasted a year. In search of inner peace, I gave up everything to follow my heart which lead me to healing grace beyond my wildest dreams & brought me back to my soul.
